The Foundation of Resilience

The Mental Lab was created to help athletes navigate the mental side of sports.

As a former Division I athlete, I experienced firsthand how much confidence, pressure, adversity, burnout, and self doubt can impact both performance and overall well being.

Sports teach discipline and resilience, but many athletes are never taught how to handle the emotional side of competition.

The Mental Lab focuses on helping athletes build:

  • confidence

  • resilience

  • emotional control

  • perspective

  • self belief

through honest conversations, mindset development, and mental performance coaching.

The goal is not only to help athletes perform better, but to help them grow into healthier and more confident people through sports and life.
